Car dies after fast shift to third gear

It doesn't happen to second or even fourth gear, but if you shift fast enough to third gear the tb will NOT open back...

I have logged all APP parameters and I find nothing out of spec. I changed the throttle body, NOTHING...

There are no codes,
No reduced Engine Power
I've revert back to programming

Rev limiter is set 7300 and we are shifting at 7000.

You can just floor it and it will NOT open back up... car falls on its face HARD.

Will not happen to fourth nor second, or at least it hasn't happened to me yet.

sounds like throttle rationality tests to me.

Try looking at {C0803} through {C0806}
