switching ecm's need help asap

well my ecm crapped out on me and i had to get another one and i dont have any licenses left. is there anyway i can get the one i already used for the bad ecm to work on my new one?

sry its a 2002 lb7 swapped into a 96 gmc dually. new ecm i got is 04 2500 chevy lb7. efi live support already contacted me so its gettin taken care of now. thanks for the reply though
