Was at the track (drag strip) Saturday evening to practice launching my ole truck. Got a new personal best 60' time of 1.70sec and ET of 11.44. Previous best 60' was 1.77 and previous best et was 11.51. Thought I'd share the video. This pass was next to a Kawasaki ZX12 with portrd head and aftermarket exhaust of some sort. Both videos are the same pass. Sorry for the poor quality, they are cell phone videos.

Nice job with that boosted/juiced LQ9. What pulley size are you running to get 8 psi with that 112? Can you divulge the cam specs? Were you spraying on that pass? Good job and nice combo, sounds gnarly!

Sure thing, i'm running a 2.8inch pulley. The cam is a custom cut nitrous cam: 226/232 .603/.609 111* (not a good blower cam 2.8 pulley would make more boost with a different cam). I've been 11.76 without the nitrous. I was spraying on that 11.44 pass. I added the nitrous in an attempt to tune the air/fuel ratio. Was showing 9.20 on the wideband before. In the high 10's with the nitrous at WOT. The truck needs to be tuned properly. After 3 different tuners I decided to buy efilive and figure out how to do this myself (still working on that so the truck is still running on a locked hp tuners tune). I believe the truck should go 11.40's without the nitrous. Future plans include more suspension mods in an attempt to lower 60' times. My goal is to get the truck in the 10's (for now).
