In my tune all cells in B4205 are set to 1 so essentially the car starts up in closed loop all the time. In that case what controls AFR during a cold start? When I first start it the AFR is around 12 but after only a minute or so it goes right to ~14.6. Until ECT gets up to about 120 the car feels lean.

Its B3605.

B4202 controls the delay along with B4101-B4206.

You have Fuel Evaporation and other parameters that start you out richer than stoich.

Its pretty hard to wake up the NB's that quick too..A delay may not be all that bad..
