My problem with new comp and new software

I have the software and the cable interface for EFI and I have just got a new computer. I loaded it on and it allowes me to read and clear fault codes but not monotor the engine.
With the computer, I had to get a serial to USB adaptor so it would connect.
When I plug it in it says;
****unregistered interface found*****
even tho I have had the interface working with the older version in the old computer.
Any help would be fantastic.
If you are on MSN and you could add me that would be great also... may be easier to explain things..

have you put usb driver in?

The CD with the scan & tune software has a usb driver to install on your PC.

Problem was fixed by issuing a new license key.
