I have A 06 cobalt I am working on and I am to look at scan data and get A error code
Error code: ERR_IGNORED/4 .

That occurs if/when the vehicle's controller either does not respond or does not respond fast enough to requests made by FlashScan or the EFILive software.
After you get that error, can you please save the error report and send it to me at paul@efilive.com and I'll try and figure out what might be causing it.

Hi Dave,

Apologies, I meant to reply earlier and got sidetracked.

Some PIDs are reserved for dual bank engines, for example an LS1 which the PCM sees as a pair of individual banks that can have their fueling adjusted independently.
Those PIDs usually have "bank 2" in the description. For example "Long Term Fuel Trim - Bank 2".

On your engine only bank-1 is valid so only Bank-1 PIDs can be logged.
So try removing all PIDs that refer to "bank 2" and the problem should be resolved.

Another tip, try keeping the PIDs' "Channel Count" to 24 or less. That will provide the best logging performance.
