LTFT's and PE mode...

Just out of curiosity, lets say a car is not tuned and is running typical intake and exhaust bolt ons. The PCM obviously tries to compensate given the LTFT's. What happens in PE mode when the engine runs in open loop? Does the LTFT % get applied to the fueling in PE mode?

In PE/WOT, the LTFT's get applied only if they were previously positive.

If it an e38 - both positive and negative values are applied during PE
