Why is my Upgrade OS section empty? Should this not have the one for my existing OS???

Thanks

AntonyWhich ECM and which OS...?

Not all OS's have upgrades/patches/COS's.

Because you've already upgraded to a DSP2 or DSP5 OS.

Or the option isn't available for your OS.

LS1 COSs arent done with the Upgrade OS tab, they are full flashed then the stock tune's calibration is cal flashed over them. E40, E38, and E67 COSs (with compatible COSs) are available when the V2 is plugged in. DSP2/5 are available with compatible OSs.

The only way you can tell if it is a COS is to check the OS number of the tune file, once you have upgraded the tune file the option will disappear.

Looks like a Holden OS - used from 2001 through 2004 if memory serves - COS support available for that OS.

- 12225074 Australian Holden -> upgrades to COS5 01290005
- 12212156 Camaro/Firebird 2002 -> upgrades to COS5 02020005
If you want to run COS5 then you first have to get engine running on either 12225074 or 12212156 (i.e. copy tables, full flash).

I have the 12225074 software so it's ready to convert. Working on a new tune from a newer Holden with the same engine which is better and grafting it with my tune which was tweaked for the larger maf and exhaust.

Once done will upgrade to cos5 then add my larger injectors and run an autove. Once done I'll set back closed loop but leave it mafless and without ltft tables. I'm then ready to fit my 6psi charger.

That's the starting plan anyway.
