Do I scrap both the BEN_xxxn and AFR_xxxn fields and replace with BENn and WO2AFRn???

Yes, correct, you will now use EXT.WO2AFR1 and CALC.BEN1.

Edit the BEN map to use CALC.BEN1, and save the map with a new filename (to reflect it being BEN from serial AFR).

Same with the AFR map to use EXT.WO2AFR1 (i.e. if you're using an AFR map).
