This is a tune I have been working on. It started in the hands of another tuner, and I've been trying to help the owner of the car sort out some issues.

Can you guys take a look and see if there is anything I should correct.

Issues at present are:

2-3 shift flare. It doesnt hit the limiter, but for example it will be commanded at 6400 and flare to 7100 before completing...

I've dealt with this before on a 4L60E and it turned out to be a mechanical issue. I've talked to other tuners and that's what it almost always turns out to be, but I want to rule out any possible cause in the tune for the owners peace of mind.

We are going to install a line pressure gauge and see if the pressure drops right before the 2-3 shift commanded RPM, I suspect it does and that's why it flares.

TCC will not lock, or stay locked at highway speeds. Sometimes it will lock around 55-60mph. When speed is increased to 70-75, it will stay locked for 3-5 minutes then unlock and refuse to lock again. It will lock just fine with the EFI Live scan tool.

It looks as if the other tuner has already maxed out the areas in the misfire tables that could cause this. What else could it be?

Thanks a bunch for looking.
