I assume this setting is in minutes. Its the time to wait before the car can enable torque reduction.

What is the max I can set this to trying to disable torque reduction? It may provide a temporary fix provided I don't go on a two day drive.

?? Currently its set to "2".

Thanks all!!!!!

I think we found the problem. Accelleration threshold limiter.

Hope this helps someone.

The car is still at the dyno and Justin is making his changes in HP tuners. I should have the car done Weds and I can download the tune in EFI live and post the exact settings. Sadly I cannot read the HP tune so he cannot send it to me.

This has been a really tough road so I am pretty darn happy to finally get an L92 running with a 4 speed.

FYI, the clean successful base tune we finally ended up using is as follows:

2007 Silverado Vortec VVT new body style truck OS, 2 Wheel drive with 4L70E. Only difference really is the engines displacement.

I will note that this stock tune did have the same problem before the Accelerator threshold limiter fix was put in.

Thanks all for your help. I could not have gotten this far without you all.

Get your tuner to send you the HPT file, you can read it using the HPT demo software from here:

http://files.hptuners.com/support/msi/DemoSoftware.msi

Install the software, then start the VCM Editor, click Demo Mode, then open your file.

2011 and they finally released demo type software? Wow.Yes, but it is hard to find on their site, you have to look at foff667's signature.

mmmm....hidden demo software...."foff", if that is short for f-off...such a good attitude.

The good news....I should have the tune mod soon, eg Monday for those of you looking at the parameter mod.

The bad news, tuner has metal shavings in the motor, no oil pressure and said to come get the car......it was making 430HP to the rear wheel when the balancer pully wobbled off.
