Im working on putting a dsp 5 on a 07.5 lmm and have no idea what's going on with it. I installed the switch with no problems. Now when I try to flash the dsp tune the truck accepts the tune fine. When I try to drive it on the other hand, that's when it starts acting strange. I step on the throttle, rpms increase and then start jumping around like it had a rev limited or something. I checked all the tables and they look good. If I load a stock tune, it works fine...anyone have any ideas?

So what happens if you take the stock file and upgrade it to DSP5 and flash that? what happens? I would be willing to be that there is either a pin loos in the ECM connector or there is a table or set of table in the base tune that aren't working correctly.

Thats what I did. The base tune works fine as a single tune, when I upgrade it to a DSP, thats when it starts jumping around. And it does it on every tune, even the stock base tune that worked fine...

post your tune and your log of the behavior, if you want help.

I think you will find the problem in your EGR desired flow tables.
The log will be helpful, if you log all the EGR pids.
