I tried updating boot block manually on the flash scan and it did not work, and now my box is dead and I went to HAPI to try to update boot block and firm ware and it will not connect . then I tried explore and it will not connect. Any ideas what to do? All i have is the efi live flash scan v2 screen and the 3 light which blue is on on the box when plugged in. I get messages saying device is not working properly

Update through EFILive Explorer. Update Boot Bolck First Then Firmware
