Hi tech..Welcome to the forum.

Well obviously you are not logging LTFT's. I can not see anything in your Tune that would prohibit it, so I must assume it is a mechanical/wiring problem with your O2 sensors.

If you log Pids HO2S11 & HO2S21 you should see a voltage reading from your O2's. I am guessing you do not have your O2s plugged in or functioning.

What version of V7 and V8 software...?

What V2 firmware version...?

ok i cheked wiring and with ignition on but not running, i have 0.2 v onthe hi signal, 0.1 on the low, and then 12 and g on the heater ciruit. does the 0.1 and 0.2 v sound right? i was expecting like 5 v and then a small signal voltage.

For the O2 signal, engine has to be running in Closed Loop, then you should see an oscillating waveform between signal hi and signal lo, the voltage should cycle from above 0.6V to below 0.3V and back again, several complete cycles per second.
