I am back on stock injectors for the moment and I am rusty on my tuning basics. Holding the foot brake, I feel that I should see a higher EngTorqRef since the truck leaves very soft. Here is a snapshot of data that I am seeing - EngTorqRef number of 389ft/lbs at 30.6% throttle, 2425rpm, 800us main pulse, 8.4 deg timing, 51mm3 calc fuel flow, and maf 22.86lbs/min (2.2volts).

I answered my own question by looking back at table B1115. Gonna dial that up starting at 20% throttle opening.
