et calculated from log?

Is it possible to get any idea of what et a vehicle would run by using a log and known details of a vehicle? I want to estimate horsepower but I don't trust this heap over 60 with a cracked frame and questionable brakes. Its a parts truck turned test mule that I am using for the time being.
