Hello driver 456,
All 1999 to 2002 LS1-B PCMs should drive an IAC - so no problem there. Your Corvette OS is DBW - and is not setup for an IAC that is used in DBC applications. Also, your DBW TPS communicates with a TAC module, which in turn communicates TP to the PCM via a UART system.
I have never done the swap you are proposing - but I believe you would need to full flash the PCM with a Camaro OS (DBC), then repin the PCM as per a Camaro of that year. Not sure how this would effect communication with the BCM, and resultant IPC function.
Regards,
Taz
