If so can you point me in the right direction to a thread on what needs to be changed in the tune.Ive got a tps ooked up so far and turned all the pedal and drive by wire to not reported.

Can't be done. Sorry :). And setting items to "not reported" doesnt mean the tests are turned off. In many cases it does, but setting pedal or ETC to not reported wont stop limp mode.

How did you plan on controlling idle speed? There is no outputs for an IAC motor.

you have to trick the pcm into thinking the pedal and tb is still there and it will work.

Adjust the tps to get the transition into the hi timing tables correct and will follow the vve, hi octane table as per normal.
