I updated my firmware and now I can use my wideband from inovate. I have been using the 2 pin connector in the A1 slot on the V2. Now it wont work.

I tried doing a search and found this. http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?16086-Can-not-connect-LC-1-to-V2-after-update

But I still cant get it to read. It works when I have it hooked up to my gauge, on the pc, and is even outputting the right voltage. I am sure it is just I dont have the right settings in the V2.

Bootblock is 2.07.02
Firmware is 2.07.13
flashscan is 7.6.6 build 157

I also just installed the latest version of V8

Thanks

With V2 connected to PC:

Go into the V8 S&T program, goto F6:Devices, goto F6:Logging, click Read, checkmark Log All External Analog Pids, click Save, click Program.

Can also do this by navigating down the LCD menus on V2.

There is a tutorial on hooking up a serial wideband connection. Also a null modem adapter is needed

RMCR, if your wideband supports serial comms, then you should be connecting to V2 using a null modem cable like slows10 said, this is much better than the analog connection.
