I have a 2005 Chevy with a Magnacharger running a COS 3. If it makes a difference I have long tube headers, and I am not running rear O2's. I have not been able to pass an emissions test. I am not getting any codes, but my computer won't reset. I continually get, catalyst monitor, evap system monitor, oxygen sensor monitor, and oxygen sensor heater monitor. They will allow one to not reset, but not four. I have a guy trying to tune it with me, but apparently he doesn't know what to do to fix this either.
