Does an easy way exist to convert an existing PID list used for pass-thru logging with the V2 cable to a BBL PID list for the V2 or the AutoCAL?
BTW - has anyone else noticed that some of the names/descriptions are not the same between the two systems?

It would definitely help if the names were the same across the board. I have usually made my selection, did a quick BBL and upload to confirm what I am getting. I would like to be able to copy a list of PIDS and paste them into another ECM/TCM selection. This would allow me to easily create different combinations like E67/T43 and E67/T42 choices without hand copying each one.

It would be a nice to download a .pid file straight to the V2 in place of the options.txt :sly:

No, but there will be soon. As Al suggested it will be a copy and paste feature that does the PID name conversions automatically.

Some PID names changed because of the 11 character name limit for BBL.
Some PID names changes because they clashed with newer PIDs being defined.
Some PID names changed because they were misleading or confusing.
You can see the list of name changes in sae_generic.txt under the section *BBLV7
I've copied them here for easy reference.
Note: All _DMA PID names in V7 are named _M in V8
