I recently had to get a new computer and am having trouble getting the software to work correctly. I am unable to flash or read calibrations from ECMs. I have tried it on 2 seperate trucks (LMM and LBZ). Each time I get the same error that pops up.

I have updated both the V7 and V8 software, updated the bootblock and firmware, and reverted to the old USB drivers with no success. I have been able to successfully flash a TCM, but no luck when trying ECMs.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Would really like to get this resolved asap so I can make a few changes to a customers truck before a sled pull tomorrow night.

Also will all my previous licenses carry over without any trouble, or will I have to manually re-enter the activation codes I received when purchasing them?

Thanks

I pm'd Tech Support.

Your licenses are stored in your V2.

Please try using the V8 software to read/flash your vehicle.
