PCM Locked?

I licenced a pcm that had all zeros for a serial number EFI assigned a random serial now only EFI will unlock it.. Is it locked?
I need to change what type of a\c is in the cal after an OS and segment swap

If the serial was zero, chances are the key was set to $FFFF. So try using the EFILive unlock option and specifying a key of $FFFF (include the $ sign).
