What is normal misfire rate? Log included

I added headers recently and picked up a bit of low speed surge. didn't make a lot of sense with such a small change so I decided to log misfire info. Friday log showed Cyl 1 with a history and quite a few misfires. All other cylinders looked good.

I pulled #1, it looked good, I regapped and was another log today. Now Cyl 1 & 2 are showing a history and above avg misfires. Car pulls hard. Just low speed surge is irritating. Do not remember surge prior to headers. I though installer could have banged a plug up installing

Car is 07 Corvette LS7 with headers, original plugs, 11K miles.

Observe the Misfire Current pids, you will see that these increment very slowly, this is acceptable...

in your log those pids show a max value of 2-6 which is quite low.

The history threw me. The descriptor has two condition to be met and one was a P0300 code which I have no record of.
