I need a copy of a stock tune in a 2005 Colorado truck.

Helps if you specify more details, like what engine you need it for: I4 or I5.

I guess it would but it does not matter which engine. They both use the same MAF sensor, I am looking for the IAT Scale

There is a 2005 colorado with the 3.5 liter on tuned file depot.

I submitted that tune .... guaranteed to be original, and unaltered ..... I5 tune running the original OS (has been superseded).

I did look at that. I just notice that in EFI Live it does not have the IAT scale in it either. Wow so what do I have to do to get this scaler shown in the tune.

There does not appear to be overly robust tuning support for the P12 equipped I5 .... never tuned one ... Gen III guy.

I have the stock file I read out of my brother's 2009 Colorado 3.7 I5.

Thats an E67 though, not P12. (FYI for the OP)
