05 colbalt bypass valve

im tuning an 05 colbalt with upgraded pulley it will hit 15 # at about 4800 rpm then drop to 7 # i can watch the bypass valve come open as we were on the dyno
is there a way to adjust when it comes open i didnt see anything in the software i updated to the latest software attaching copy of stock tune and a log
