AEM EUGO Lambda W/B how to connect to Flashscan V2

Does any one have a pin out of how to hook up this Wideband A/F gauge to the Flashscan V2 scanner?

I have 4 wires from the gauge, Red= +12v, Blk= gnd, Wht= 0-5v analog output and a Blu= serial Port data. I have looked everwhere on EFI Forums and .pdf booklets with my scanner.

It would have been great if the EFI Live would have included a how to wire up your Wideband O2 sensor to your Flashscan.
