Can someone check this tune? Cos3 2000 vette upgraded to 2002 OS then COS3. Going S/D trying to do VE tune but will not Idle. 427ci Auto, Car idles when cold but kills right after and will not idle again.
Did I do or not do something correct?

look at your {B3647} "Commanded Fuel vs RPM" table for a start

Also, fix these:

Out of Range calibration summary: 09:07:19 am, Wednesday Jul 27, 2011

EFILive Custom Calibrations
{A0001} Forced Octane Scaler Percentage, was out of range when loaded.
{A0002} Octane Scaler Limiter, was out of range when loaded.
{A0009} Boost VE Table, contained one or more out of range values when loaded.
{A0010} Boost Timing Table, contained one or more out of range values when loaded.

and also A0012, A0013.

Look at B3647, as vxchev8 said above, this table is now incorrect for the ECT -> RPM axis change.

Sanity check:
- vehicle is 2000 Vette...?
- what was your starting OS id...?

Thank you for looking at the file. I did all the changes you suggested and still no Idle. Should I have to drill a hole in the TB? Here is the changed file. Thanks

You shouldn't have to drill a hole. If you think you need more idle air, increase that, but don't drill.

noticed MAP reading very high when I keep the throttle opened to stay running...around 10 at 1300RPM What would cause this?

I'm no expert but here's what I see.

I'm guessing your IAT really isn't -39*C.

There's nothing coming from the MAF?

Your o2 sensors are reading 900+. They ought to be around 450-500mv when you aren't under boost.

Manifold kpa look high intermittently. Maybe a vacuum leak somewhere?

Car is SD...no maf
also naturally aspirated...converted to COS3 to make for a easy tune .....
I dont know about the IAT...need to check that
Im really just trying to get it to idle so I can run the VE tune ....that will take care of the O2s and mixture

thank you

I thought maybe you were boosted based on the big assed injectors. But I see you have a 402. What are they, 65 lbs/hr?

Anyhow, you're dumping fuel at it because your VE table is way too high around idle. Here's my 6.3, 11.2 CR, Fast 92, Street Sweeper HT, AFR 205 for reference.

Car idles better however under a load or just reving up engine timing is severly reduced and runs horribly...timing in the negatives...what could be pulling that much timing?...I cant figure it out. Speed density 427 DBW COS3

Your ve table looks very fat do you have a wideband on this car that you can watch while driving? Most of the time on an na car you ve table will never go over 100 maybe 101-104 that is about all i have ever seen. part throttle around 60-85 depending on auto of manual and converter size

-39 IAT.... could be IAT sensor not connected which will cause a rich condition.
