VAT Relink doesn't work

I am not sure if once again, I am experiencing the same problems I have been having with my software (Such as the VATS Patch not working) or if I am doing something wrong. After sending Andrew my tune file, he returned it to me patched. The engine now cranks, but I am not getting a fuel signal. There IS a different ECM in the vehicle. I have wanted to to a VAT Relink, but the buttons are greyed out.

Is there a procedure that I have to do in order to get the buttons to be active or is this still due to my software just not working?

If this is a problem with just my software, is there a way to do a manual VAT relink?

VAT relink won't work if the VATS has been disabled.
