how do I go back to gm os 12212156?

I have an 02 silverado with a moded lq9 qnd 4l80e that will not idle after putting in cos3. It would idle fine with the 12212156 os and I was just wondering how to go back? I only added cos3 cause I planed on putting a 150 shot on the truck but it will be a while. Im still very new to efilive so bear with me.

Just do a full reflash of the original 12212156 tune.

Connect your V2 to your PC, THEN open the tuning software.
Funny I just did one today.
