question about readiness tests

I have been tuning an E38 ecm on a Chevy Express van, and I am trying to get all readiness codes to come on and a few just aren't. Is there a way to force readiness or some kind of drive cycle anyone knows of? Thanks for the help.

No one? Maybe someone can help with this problem which I believe is paralleled with the readiness. I can'r run the O2 testing in the scanner. It says it does not communicate with the ECM. Is there something that is changed when reflashing that we don't know about? The car has no CEL's and runs absolutely flawless.
