can I log fuel pressure with my glowShift fuel pressure gauge? Off the sender there is a black wire, white wire and a orange wire. Just find the signal wire and T into it and feed it direct to efilive? Is there a standard formula that these senders use to convert voltage to psi ?

by the way the sender alone is only $36

You will have to measure what 0 PSI and another PSI equates to in voltage and set up the custom pid, unless you can find which sensor they are using, you might be able to find specifications from the manufacturer.

so I can just 'T' into the wire right? it wont mess up the signal will it?

i would go with innovate, ive tried them both...

and its about the same price, and much more support on innovate..

called glowshift, he said their sensor uses resistance, can't log with it because no 0-5v signal

Not to bash tech support, but the only way to check resistance is to put power through it. Do you have the gauge in your hands, or were you going to order one?

yea I already own the gauge, have had it for a few years. who knows, maybe the tech figured I didn't know what i was doing (which i don't) and didn't want to explain it to me or didn't know we can make custom PIDs . If you have an idea, let me know. or if would be easier to buy this one then I can do that http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?16736-Digital-30-trans-PSI-sending-unit-works-great!&p=152825#post152825
