change turbo vane postion at idle

i was wondering how do you change the turbo vane position at idle to make the truck rumble rather than sound a vacuum cleaner. if anybody could help id appreciate it. i new to the efi live and am still learning little by little. i love it already though!

set the idle areas (600-800 rpms and 0-10mm3 fuel) of the turbo vane position to 20%. Want more, go 5%. Wouldn't go any farther than that. 0% seems to have some side effects with it...

which folder do you open to find the idle areas?

The "idle area" is in the turbo vane table. Open up the turbo vane table (whichever altitude you are in) There are two axes, one for rpm, the other for fuel injected. When idling, the truck will run in between 600-800 rpms, and 0-15mm3 of fuel. Therefore, there will be about 6 cells in which the truck idles, and this is the idle area. If you still need help, let me know, and I will post a pic. Kinda hard tho as I am at work :D

I'm still lost. Thanks for your time replying buy the way. I just got efi live. I'm using ver. 7.5. So under the calibration tab on the left I see engine ops, then boost control, then I see several turbo vane options. I don't any thing with altitude (I'm in Florida). Going to keep looking. Hi I am also a newbie and would like to know how to do this,please keep me in the loop. I had a problem with my truck yesterday a oPo700 fault code and used my V2 to troubleshoot the problem. I am thrilled with the way EFIlive works!!
