new to live how do you put a tune in the truck?

i just recently got a tune from rob and now i have to put the tune in the truck...i want to do all my research first so i dont screw up anything
sorry for such a newbe question but i just want to get it right the first time

truck is already tuned with efilive not by me

i have a 04.5 duramax with a dsp2 switch and many other mods if needed
