Hard Downshift, lb7 dsp 5

I have a 2004 LB7, I installed a DSP 5 switch, a knowledgeable friend of mine installed several custom EFILive tunes: 1 = Stock, 2 = Loop, 3 = Smoke, 4 = Power Tune 1 and 5 = Power Tune 2. After installing the tunes the truck down-shifts really hard and clunks even harder 4-3, 3-2, 2-1, We have adjusted everything we can think of to smooth it out with no luck! Any ideas, suggestions or help is much appreciated.

Agreed, give the ally a chance to relearn. go easy on it the gradually ramp up the throttle each time you go from 0 to cruising speed.
