Got a customers truck that is doing some strange stuff.

I sent him a tune a few days ago, and he liked it very much. Notice that overall rail pressure is low...ask him how low, 16,000psi low.

Strange...and when he lets off after a hard run...it spikes to 26K.

So I ask him for a log of this condition...compare the log to the tune...as soon as he hits the throttle the duration (FPD) maxes at 180MPA and never leaves.
Screenshot of uS and Rp at 850rpm.

As you can clearly see the FPD in the pw table is maxed out but commanded fp is not...what gives??

Also he has a log of FPC down to 12.9mA...thats WAY too low...corresponding Duty cycle is 0% which should be 24%.

Anybody have thoughts as to why??

Here is a shot of the DC% and mA...

And now what the commanded DC% is...

i have a problem on tunes i built aswell with the PW table. when reviewing the log the gray highlighted area never leaves the 180 MPA column(CM.FPD. even tho my CM.FPA And CM.FPD actually never gets above 20K (slipping clutch so couldnt get on it hard).

Your PID in the tune tool is in imperial units. View my scan too to tune tool linking thread and it will solve your issue.
