LMM revving out when kicked down

My truck is 08 LMM with alligator performance stage 5 tranny, ppe lift pump, turbo back exhaust, cai, egr blocked, fuel rail shimmed and running nicks 160 hp tune. The truck runs good from take off and top end but say if I slow down to about 20 to 35 mph then lay into the throttle it just revs out an doesnt want to take off like it should. Any suggestions?

It's not clear to me from the description what the problem is, but it it sounds like it might be because the converter is not locking? If so, ask the person who tuned the transmission if there is anything they can do or see about getting the transmission tuned.
