WTF and I doing wrong! I'm going crazy!

read original file. flashed 0202005. stuck at flashing original cal back in! 11819

Did you accidentally do cal only flash of 02020005 (instead of full flash)...?

If I remember correctly, that should work and that particular error message combination should never appear.

The following Custom OS's are supposed to be compatible with the first (stock OS) listed, and should all be able to be cal-flashed over each other:
12212156 "02020001,02020002,02020003,02020004,02020005"

It may be a fault in an older version of EFILive that you may be using. Try using the latest V7.5 software available here:

If using the latest software doesn't work send me your cal file.
I have a bench programing harness and a spare PCM, I can flash your cal over COS5.
