P0420 & p0430

Has anyone had problems with P0420 and P0430 not disabling? Ive got a customer with OS: 12612381 and he claims the MIL light comes up and has those codes after loading the tune with the following settings

P0420 - X: Not Reported
P0430 - X: Not Reported

P0420 - No MIL
P0430 - No MIL
