Here is my question. Is there always a differnts between bank #1 and bank #2 on the long fuel trims? See my attached log file.

no, not always. your bank 2 seems consistantly higher than your bank 1, but not excessively. it may indicate you're running slightly leaner on that bank (i.e. injectors have a tolerance no matter what, you may just have a few injectors on bank 2 that flow a small less than the ones on bank 1, you could switch the injector placements bank1 to bank 2 and see if the trend follows them if you really wanted to. it could also be a sign of a small exhaust leak (or even an intake leak, but I think thats probably less likely IMO). it could even be variations in the O2 sensors themselves, you could try swapping the o2 sensors bank to bank and see if the trend follows them, if you wanted.
