Sedan vs Ute

I was just wondering what where the main differences between seda and ute files? Apart from fuel tank settings diff ratio etc etc. Say you had to flash a tuned ute back to factory and you didn't have its factory file could you flash back a sedan file?

Also is there a way u can turn a auto file into a manual
