Hi all,
I am new to EFI Live and tuning. I have fitted a 3500 stall converter to a 2002 VY Commodore, also with a head and cam package. My main problem I am having is with the sall converter and transmission, the transmission is flaring under power and very slow to select gears, it was fine before the stall converter was fitted. Can anyone help me? I have no idea on what i need to do to fix this.

If you're having a low pressure problem, check:
- is fluid level sufficient (it's ok to go upto 1.0L above the hot full mark);
- line pressure (see the tap on LHS of the case), it should rise with throttle, see the service manual;
- remove the trans cooler return line, at idle you should get fluid coming out at the rate of 2L in 20-30 seconds (watch it, don't let it suck dry, there are 4L in the pan);
- was TC installed all the way (otherwise the pump will have been compromised).
