I am doing a guts kit install. Should I document it carefully for a tutorial? Or is there just that little demand?
Doing it on a 3800 PCM (the second RR in a 3800 that Craig and I know of....)

I did one once. No desire to do a second! I doubt there's many people with the tools or ability. It's a 40 pin surface mount chip you need to remove and replace. Anyone who's comfortable with that idea probably doesn't need a tutorial. Of course it might just be interesting for people to see the process.

I do smd work almost daily. So no biggie. But agreed, if you know how to do it, tutorial isn't needed... It isn't for the person who doesn't do this sorta thing a lot. You can do a lot of damage to the PCM or the header with too much heat.

The pics will show how ept you are at desoldering :cheers:
I'm toying with the idea of installing into a 9624 and running it with TunerCat (lol, I carefully worded that :) );
as was said, if a tutorial is needed then a person has no business doing this.
