V2 updating problem

I decided to check to see if my Flashscan had the most current software. I updated the Bootblock, and it suggested that I update the Firmware. I attempted to update the Firmware, but now my Flashscan isn't working. All that hapopens when I plug it in is the 2nd, and 4th light alternately flash. It will not work at all. Any suggestions? I have not even tuned one vehicle with it.

If the two yellow LEDs flash in alternation, then you need to install the firmware... start EFILive Explorer and go to the Firmware tab, then select the firmware file (filename begins with FS) and flash it in.


Which build versions of V7 and V8 do you have installed...?

I am running V7.5.7 (Build 180), V8.2.1 Build 170 (If that is what you meant).
