98 ls1 vats

i put an 1998 ls1 out of a vette in my rock crawler. i cant get the theft to disable. what is the procedure? Everything else seems to work it starts then stalls.

When I first tried to do this I kept clicking on the key symbol & trying to relink vats.

You have to read the tune file then go down the folders on the left till you get to system then click on vats & do as Taz says

Hope I'm not teaching you to suck eggs but took me hours to work it out....
