Swap ECM's in 03 305/555?

Long shot question here, but do you know if EFILive will enable an 06+ ECM to run in a 2003 truck? I'm dying for some EFILive on my modded 03. It's a manual truck FWIW, so less complicated I would guess from a software perspective. Should I just try it and see what happens? Hah!

Thanks again for finally bringing this product to market! If I can't do this I might just need to pick up an 06+!

No. Different communication protocol.

You may be able to swap ECM and wiring harness, but your dash won't work

If you can run it standalone like you would in a transplant (like a boat), then theoretically yes it is possible. I dont know too much about how intertwined the ECM is with the truck for Dodge, it might be doable but you might have to swap over instrument clusters or some other things like that.

Nothing on the dash will work and it looks like a Christmas tree.
