I purchased a new V2 several months ago. I haven't used it yet. I went to flash my PCM the other day and it shows no licenses used or available. Then I remembered that i didn't register the V2 yet. I noticed that the date on the License Manager which is the same date as my blue registration card is not the date that is in the V2 licensing box. I am not able to change the date of the V2 license to that of the registration license. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong. Here are two screen shots of what I am talking about.

Hello Jeff,
From your screen shots, the licence date of the new V2 is May of 2010 ... is that correct, or should it read 2011 ?
Also, ensure that the V2 is programmed with the latest Bootblock and Firmware, and after that program the V2 controllers and PIDs.

Perfect, and that's old firmware! There was an issue with a V7.5/V2 fw mismatch causing no licenses to be shown even though there were unused ones available.
