I have an 06 lbz on the engine dyno that is destined for a boat. The problem i have is that it is for an automatic and won't make over 100 hp. Even though gm did not off an lbz with a manual in the production trucks, it is my understanding that there is a manual os out there. Any help would be great.

It's true, they didn't make an "LBZ" with a manual transmission, but they did make an 06 LLY which, for all intents and purposes, is an LBZ. Here's one I found on another site.

Man that's great. Forgive my newb question, but can I flash that OS into my LBZ ecu using EFI Live?

You can, but you will need to do a full flash instead of a cal flash.

Thanks, it worked great. Made good power on the dyno.

What were the mods and what kind of power did it make?

Just a stock engine for now. Wanted to make sure we could make it run correctly on the dyno before rebuilding. With the stock LLY calibration it made 350hp and 620 ft lbs of tq at the flywheel. We are looking to be between 500-550 hp when done for the marine application.
