Just bought EFILive and installed on my laptop!
Can I download a tune file and look at the file with out applying a license?
And then license the tune file later?

Welcome! Yes, you can. Go to holdencrazy.com and you can download tons of stock tunes to look at. Only when you try to flash a PCM/ECM/TCM does it use up a license. And you can read as many PCM/TCM/ECM's as you wish also. No license until you try to flash.

You can read the tune from your PCM without needing a PCM license.

A PCM license is only needed when flashing a tune into a PCM.

Old link still works and I remember that one, trying to remember tunefiledepot is asking for errors, I use what works... :)
