Cannot connect to flashscan

Trying to read a pcm, say cannot to flashscan. Tryed reinstalling the drivers, but nothing happens. Any help would be great. using windows xp.

Which V7 and V8 software build versions do you have installed...?

What firmware version does your V2 have...?

Can you post a screenshot.
